Overview

In OLV, the SNMP Traps are shown like below.
It should be translated based on our MIB Database

Cause

'EnableGettingValueFromOid' setting in Orion is not enabled

Resolution

1. Please access the Advanced Configuration
Advance Configuration KB
2. Find 'EnableGettingValueFromOid' and make sure it is checked (Enabled)

3. Save and Restart Orion Services
