SEM - Unmatched Data - How to Gather/Export CSV to send to Support

New support process for handling SEM NTD from within HTML5 console

Overview

This is a new user friendly method to gather Unmatched Data reports directly from the HTML5 GUI.
The following method creates a small csv file which can then be sent to Solarwinds SEM support.

Step 1
We are using the new HTML5 events console for this process by selecting the New Unmatched Connector Data filter.

Step 2
Now with the exported csv file, contact SEM Support and if the file is over 10MB they will supply you an ftp link. If its under 10MB you can add it directly to the support case. 

What if you do not have the filter?

If the SEM version has been continually upgraded, the filter may be missing and you may have to manually  create the filter, here is the correlation. The proceed to follow steps 1 and 2 above.
