An account with limitations is unable to access application details and encounters the following error:

Restricted Page. You do not have permission to access this view

Cause

This occurs when group limitations are set for an account that contains applications but the applications have not been added to the group.

Resolution

Edit the group and add the assigned web server template to the group.

Note: Consider using dynamic query to automatically add these types of applications into the appropriate group.
