Overview

A component of the Exchange Server Mailboxes query is not functioning correctly. This issue affects only this specific component within the AppInsight for Exchange template.

Cause

Exchange Server does not support Group Managed Service Accounts (gMSA). The recent changes that caused this issue were related to the parsing process from PSObject to DataTable format, which impacted Exchange functionality.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is included in 2025.4. Consider upgrading your environment.
