SAM: After upgrading to 2025.4, application template 'Orion Observability - Main Polling Engine' and 'Orion Observability - Additional Polling Engine' status is Unknown

After the upgrade to 2025.4, the Template 'Orion Observability - Main Polling Engine' and 'Orion Observability - Additional Polling Engine' is shown as unknown due to missing counters.

The SolarWinds JobEngine V2 category is no longer available on the Performance Monitor. It has been replaced with the SolarWinds Job Execution Engine V2.

Affected components are listed below.

• Job Engine V2: Jobs Lost

• Job Engine V2: Jobs Queued

• Job Engine V2: Jobs Running

• Job Engine V2: Worker Processes

As a workaround for the three components below, update the component category from the old one to the new SolarWinds: Job Execution Engine V2

Job Engine v2: Jobs Running

To update the Category, follow the steps below.

• Open the Application and press the Edit Application
  
• Select the Components
  
• Click Multi Edit
  
• Check the Category and Input the SolarWinds: Job Execution Engine V2
  
• Then SAVE it after the update.
• The result should look like the below:
  
• It can be tested or saved before testing.
  
• Navigate to the bottom, then 'SUBMIT' or 'Save and continue working' the changes afterwards
  

For the Job Engine V2: Worker Processes Component, disable it.

Following the steps below.

• Open the Application and press the Edit Application
  
• Select the Component
• Navigate to the Top and Select Disable
• Then lastly navigate to the bottom and click 'SUBMIT' or 'Save and Continue working' the changes afterwards
