The Serv-U license details are sent to the main contact listed on the account.

If you are sure who that contact is, or you need to have the license details resent, please contact SolarWinds Customer Service.

Information that will be collected to retrieve your the correct license details:

Customer ID
Order Number, Quote number, Invoice number
Date of purchase
Previous Registration ID of the Serv-U license (if looking for updated key due to a maintenance renewal)
