Overview

When performing audits on your environment, you may need to request SOC 2 certification, penetration testing, or a Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) to complete the audit. This is not a function of SolarWinds Technical Support; these requests are handled by the SolarWinds Security Compliance team after the External Vendor Risk Inquiry form is completed.

Resolution

To engage with the SolarWinds Security team and request a specific certification for an audit:

  1. Navigate to the SolarWinds Trust Center.
  2. Scroll to the  "We hold ourselves to high standards of excellence" heading and select the certification you need. To find the SBOM heading, use the down arrow in the left navigation:

  1. For SOC 2 and SBOM requests, click the hyperlink to go to the External Vendor Risk Inquiry form.
  2. Complete the form, and a member of the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team will reach out to you at the primary email address you provide to work directly with you and close out your request.
