  10. Connect Network Atlas to the primary poller and reproduce the issue. This may require several minutes to complete.
  11. Close Network Atlas.
  12. Go to the Primary Polling Engine.
  13. Copy and ZIP all logs located at:
    C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\InformationService\v3.0
  14. Open LogAdjuster (see Adjust logging levels with the Orion Log Adjuster).
  15. Click Reset all to default, and then click Apply.
  16. On the client, open Network Atlas.

    ${ProgramData}\SolarWinds\NetworkAtlas\NetworkAtlas.log (any network atlas.log files)
  18. Inspect the Primary Polling Engine SWIS V3 logs and the client's Network Atlas client logs.
  19. If you are contacting SolarWinds Support, be sure to provide full diagnostics with both files. (See Tips and Tricks on opening a Support Ticket with SolarWinds and How to gather and send a diagnostics file to SolarWinds Support.)
