Resolution

  1. In the Orion Web Console, go to Settings > All Settings > UDT Settings > Manage Ports.
  2. Select the following from the dropdown menus:
    • Show: Nodes
    • Filter to: UDT Monitored Nodes
  3. Select the node to remove and click Delete.
  4. In the Delete Nodes window, select whether you want to delete node and data  from UDT only, or from all modules, and click Delete.

Note: The above steps work for any SNMP based node. A Windows or WMI based node will have the Delete button grayed out and you will not be able to delete it. (In a future version this may be changed, but currently you will need to contact SolarWinds Support for assistance if you need to remove Windows-based nodes within UDT.)
