Cause

'SDF' or '.db/.db-journal'(SQLite) files are corrupted and need to be rebuilt.

Resolution

If you need to “rebuild” the JEv2 or Collector, please rebuild both simultaneously.

First, stop the service (JEv2 and Collector); see the article How to Start, Stop, or Restart Orion Services with the Orion Service Manager in Orion Platform (solarwinds.com)
Then navigate to both C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\JobEngine.v2\Data and C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Collector\Data to delete both the '.db' file and the '.db-journal' file.
Next, start the service. Upon service start, it will rebuild these files automatically fresh.
