The Real Time Polling feature is not running on nodes assigned to an Additional Polling Engine.

Cause

The SolarWinds Cortex Service was not installed on the Additional Polling Engine.

Resolution

Log in to the server.
Stop all Orion services.
Navigate to:
C:\ProgramData\solarwinds\Installers
Run:
CortexInstaller
Run the Configuration Wizard for all services.
Confirm the issue is resolved.
