Cause

This is a known bug which will be addressed in future builds

Resolution

  1. Click File > Purge > Purge Mail queue while the Kiwi Syslog Service is running.
  2. Stop Kiwi Syslog Service.
  3. Delete all files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Syslogd\MailQ\ (if there are any).
  4. Click File> Exit.
  5. Reopen the Kiwi Syslog Server Console.
  6. Start KSS service.
  7. Click File > Purge > Purge Mail Queue again.
