Product versions available in the Customer Portal

Overview

In the SolarWinds Customer Portal, you can download the installer for any supported version of SolarWinds products. Products that have reached end of life (EOL) are not available through the portal.

Cause

EOL versions are no longer supported by SolarWinds.

Resolution

SolarWinds recommends that you install or upgrade to the latest available version of all your SolarWinds products. In addition to new features, the latest versions include important security improvements and bug fixes.

If you need access to the installer for an EOL version, submit a Support ticket.
