Previously configured manager connectors have disappeared in SEM

Connectors are missing. After opening Manage > Appliances > left gear icon > Connectors, you notice that some or all of your previously configured connectors have disappeared. You may or may not be able to configure a new connector.

Overview

This article applies to Security Event Manager (formerly Log & Event Manager).

After opening Manage > Appliances > left gear icon > Connectors, you notice that some or all of your previously configured connectors have disappeared. You may or may not be able to configure a new connector.

In the SEM HTML5 console, navigate to Nodes > Manager Connectors.

Cause

The connector configuration store may have become corrupt.

Resolution

Contact SolarWinds Support to resolve this.
