Portecle will not start on the Red Hat Linux GUI for Web Help Desk

This article addresses an issue on the Red Hat server with GUI where Portecle does not start using the Portecle command from within the bin folder.

Open a terminal at /usr/local/webhelpdesk/bin.
Manually start the application by executing:
```
java -jar ./Portecle.jar
```
