Polling Engine status on "Change Polling Engine" shows Warning, Critical or Down even though Polling Engines are Up in the SolarWinds Platform

"Change Polling Engine" on "Edit Node" page, the Polling Engine is showing different status as the actual Polling Engine Status.

When "Edit Node", the status of the Polling Engine shows Warning, Critical or Down but the actual status of the Polling Engine is OK (green):

Cause

The KeepAlive time in [dbo].[Engines] mismatch with the SolarWinds server:

KeepAlive is based on database server local time, if is the difference more than 3 minutes then the status is considered as offline.

Resolution

Ensure that the server time of all the SQL server, Main Poller, Scalability Engines (Additional Polling Engine, Additional Website, HA Standby servers) are synchronized to a NTP server.
