Permissions reported from Exchange Online are not shown correctly

This article provides a resolution if your permissions from your Exchange Online environment are not read correctly.

Overview

Permissions from your Exchange Online environment are not read correctly. ARM Console only shows "Full Access" and not "Send As" permissions.

Cause

Get-RecipientPermission was missing on Exchange online for the Role/Account.

Resolution

Please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/mailboxes/get-recipientpermission?view=exchange-ps (© 2019 2019, available at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/, obtained on May 6, 2019) on how to fix this and the required roles the account(used in scan) has to be configured to over come this error.
Re-run the exchange scan again should see Delegation Rights (Send As) along with Full Access in ARM console.
