when running patch manager reports all data is old and domain (update server) column has a exclamation

Overview

After upgrading Patch manager to 2020.2.5 - you may notice some patch manager reports with domain (Update Server) column has yellow Exclamation mark for all entries in that column and report data is out dated.

And we see following error(s) repeated in the Data Grid Service logs:

Apply 2020.2.5 HF1 which was released in late April 2021.
