The following sections list the supported operating systems for the Patch Manager 2022.3 and later server and managed clients. See the Patch Manager System Requirements for the latest requirements.
SolarWinds Patch Manager Server Installation
Note: SolarWinds does not support Patch Manager installations on domain controllers and Linux servers.

Managed clients (Includes WMI / PM Agent based)
The following operating systems are supported by Patch Manager 2022.3 and later as managed clients. Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) can only patch systems in a Windows environment. WSUS cannot patch systems in a Linux environment.
