Papertrail Account Cancellation

This article provides a guide on how to cancel Papertrail account.

Overview

Please make sure to disable your system/device that are sending logs to Papertrail before cancelling your account because ports assigned to you will be sent back to the pool of available ports and there's a chance that the port will be reassigned to another customer.

Resolution

You must have "Change plans and payment" access under Papertrail Members page to cancel the account.

Go to Account.
Scroll down and choose the "Cancel Account" button.

If you receive this error "Sorry, this feature is not available. Please contact support.". Kindly contact Papertrail support.
