Overview

The Orion Web Console fails to start and displays the following error:

Keyword not supported: 'provider'

Cause

This occurs when configuration did not complete because SQL credentials were not provided.

Resolution

Click Start > All programs > Solarwinds Platform > Configuration Wizard and verify that the SolarWinds Configuration Wizard was successfully completed before launching the Web Console.
