Orion Services are stopped after the reboot or Server Restart

Several Orion services could not start after the reboot or server restart.

Overview

The customer noticed the service is stopped. After performing a manual startup, every thing is working. The only issue is when the server reboots (Cold or Hot), our services would not startup.

Cause

On the services.msc, the Dependencies "Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service" is set to Manual Startup or is disabled.

Resolution

Open services.msc and set the "Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service" to automatic startup.
Start the Net.Tcp Port Sharing Service.
Start Orion services using the Orion Service Manager.
