Cause

The Web-based License Manager was designed to leave the Orion Scalability Engine in Evaluation in case there are more APEs to register.

Resolution

Web-based License Manager, the APE licenses are registered to the primary poller and then leased out to the secondary poller.

The Web-based License Manager was designed to leave the Orion Scalability Engine in Evaluation in case there are more APEs to register. This will not hurt the system and everything will continue to run as normal. It will continue in the Evaluation state as long as you are running the version of License Manager.
