To integrate ServiceNow with the SolarWinds Platform, you need to use an SolarWinds Platform version that supports the appropriate ServiceNow release and the compatible ServiceNow App version.
Review the following table for the details.

Note: Starting with August 2019, ServiceNow supports only communication using TLS 1.2.
