This release of SolarWinds Orion Platform adds a new, more intuitive Manage Entities page with updated styling to manage your nodes.

Key features of the Manage Entities page include:

  • Robust filtering, which replaces the Group by functionality - Search for a display name or IP address and using the filters on the left to show only the nodes you are currently interested in viewing. 
  • Contextual commands - The command menu dynamically shows only the actions you can perform on the selected entities.
  • Find muted nodes at a glance and resume alerting with a click - Rows include an icon that indicate if alerts are muted for a particular node. Click the icon to resume alerting.
  • View related entities - Click the arrow at the end of a row to view interfaces related to the select nodes in the Related Entities pane.

How do I access the Manage Entities page? 

  1. Click Settings > Manage Nodes.
  2. Click The New Manage Entities Page.

To switch back to the legacy page, click Commands > Switch Back to Legacy Page.
