If NCM displays an error message that tells you to look in the NcmBusinessLayerPlugin.log for more information, complete the following steps to locate and open the log.

Locate the log in the following directory:

C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\NCM\NcmBusinessLayerPlugin.log

Open the log in a text editor and review it. The most recent entries are at the bottom.
