Only one alert is triggered if more cloned event-based alerts have the same trigger condition
If you have multiple event-based alerts with an identical trigger condition on SolarWinds Platform 2020.2.5 or SolarWinds Platform 2020.2.6 deployment, only one alert is triggered when the trigger condition occurs. To resolve the issue, adjust the trigger condition in one of the alerts, or add a second trigger condition.

Overview
If you have multiple event-based alerts with an identical trigger condition on SolarWinds Platform 2020.2.5 or SolarWinds Platform 2020.2.6 deployment, they are considered the same, and thus only one alert is triggered when the trigger condition occurs. To resolve the issue, adjust the trigger condition in one of the alerts, or add a second trigger condition.

Cause
There can be only one unique subscription for the Alerting service. If the trigger condition is the same, the alerts are considered the same, and only the latest modified alert is triggered.
Resolution
If you need both alerts to trigger, change the trigger condition of one of the alerts. For example, add a condition that will always be true, such as "Node IP address is not empty".
