Cause

The user's license is expired.

Resolution

The user is unable to select the latest version of the offline installer to download from the SolarWinds Customer Portal.

This is expected behavior caused by an expired license. The most recent version a user can download is what they currently have. If you click to download the online installer, it displays a maintenance expiration message.

To access the latest version of the offline installer, renew your license.
