When downloading the offline installer for SolarWinds Platform, it will not be an EXE file.

As of SolarWinds Platform 2020.2, the offline installer is no longer available as an exe file. It is available as an ISO file.

To install the software using the ISO file, mount the ISO image on Windows as a drive, then run the executable from the Mounted Drive. Please check the following 3rd party links for the steps:
