Cause

Confirm connection string information

Resolution

Check the driver on the Orion server.

Confirm your driver version number you're running and installed on the Orion server
Confirm your platform (x86/x64)

Adjust the ODBC component monitor within the Application settings.

Edit Application > Advanced > Platform to run polling job on (override template to edit)
Edit Application > expand ODBC component (or use multi edit), confirm and edit the ODBC driver name, driver version, etc.
Save changes. Test again.
