Cause

This occurs when the SMTP server stops sending email because the server's attachment size limit has been reached.

Resolution

Perform any of the following options:

  • Increase the size limitation on the SMTP server.
  • Compress the emails sent by CatTools or change the email setting in the activity by selecting Overwrite existing report file. This will prevent the file from growing each time a new report is appended to the file.
