Resolution

  1. For the triggered rule, go to the rule, look into the Send an email message: action, and verify that the user you want to receive the email is selected.
  2. Go to Build > Users.
    1. Locate and click the user to verify that it is highlighted.
    2. Click Test Email under the Contact Information Section.
    3. Check if this causes an error message.
  3. If there are no errors, check the email Active Response connector. See Configure the Email Active Response Connector. Verify that all the connector's SMTP server information is correct.

If the issue persists, see Troubleshooting LEM Rules and Email Responses. If this does not resolve your issue, contact SolarWinds Technical Support for assistance.
