New Install Orion Platform Deployment getting Configuration Wizard Fails: Deploying packages FAILED. Services Configuration failed: one or more errors occurred

Overview

After the Orion Platform Deployment install, the Configuration Wizard will need to be completed. During the process it runs into a failure similar below:

Cause

An Anti-virus is currently installed and enabled on the server impeding the deployment of packages. This can be verified and confirmed by using the SolarWinds Active Diagnostics:

Resolution

Disable the Anti-virus software
Reboot the server
Re-run the Configuration Wizard
