New Configuration File Path After Installing WHD 2026.2 on the Linux Platform

When upgrading to WHD 2026.2, the default configuration file path is now located at /opt/webhelpdesk/.

Overview

In WHD 2026.1 and earlier versions, the default configuration file path on the Linux platform is /usr/local/webhelpdesk/. Starting with WHD 2026.2, the default configuration file path has changed to /opt/webhelpdesk/.

To access the WHD 2026.2 files on Linux, navigate to the configuration file directory located at /opt/webhelpdesk/.
