When customer tries to Customize status icons on Network Atlas maps, the network atlas crashes with error "network atlas has encountered a problem and needs to close"

Found the below error messages in logs:
[Main Window UI thread] FATAL NetworkAtlas - UNHANDLED EXCEPTION CAUGHT ON UI THREAD.
[Main Window UI thread] FATAL NetworkAtlas - Message: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
[Main Window UI thread] FATAL NetworkAtlas - Data: System.Collections.ListDictionaryInternal
[Main Window UI thread] FATAL NetworkAtlas - InnerException: System.IO.InvalidDataException: File C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\SolarWinds\NetworkAtlas\Maps\Orion\localhost\NetObjects\Imported\Thumbs.db is not a valid icon. ---> System.ArgumentException: Argument 'picture' must be a picture that can be used as a Icon.

Resolution
1. Remove the Thumbs.db file from the location (this could be a hidden file)
2. Ensure only picture files available in the location
Location:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\SolarWinds\NetworkAtlas\Maps\Orion\localhost\NetObjects\Imported\
Resolution 2:
Deleting the affected map manually.
The Table name is "MapStudioFiles" the remove the row below in FileId FileName column:

Resolution 3
a. Navigate to this path C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\Network Atlas
Give Everyone Account Full Access on this Folder
b. Navigate to C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp
Give NetworkService Full Access to this folder
c. Launch Orion permission checker and fix the permission issue
Navigate to E:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion
Look for OrionPermissionChecker.exe
Hit Check and Repair
