Overview

After renaming the server host name of the NTA application server, a blank entry shows under NetFlow Collector Services.

Cause

The server name has two entries because the old entry was not deleted by the configuration wizard.

Resolution

  1. Open Database Manager.
  2. Go to the FlowEngines table.
  3. Click Enable table editing.
  4. Right-click the entry that is not updated based on the FLowCollectorKeepAlive column.
  5. Click Delete the selected row(s).
  6. Click Enable table editing again to save the change.
  7. Refresh the NetFlow Collector Services page.
    The page now shows a single entry for the server.
