NTM doesn't authenticate with vCenter 6.5 server

Overview

This article informs that NTM issue with regards to vCenter 6.5 and newer version is not yet supported in NTM.

This is a known issue as of the moment. Solarwinds NTM only support vCenter 5.4 and below.

Authentication of new vCenter does not supported yet by NTM

Resolution

- This is a known issue as of the moment and no Fix Yet.
- If you encounter this issue, please contact SolarWinds technical support for the feature requests.
