Resolution

To process flows from Gigamon devices in NTA correctly, the devices must meet the following requirements:
  • The monitored Gigamon device must support appropriate flow export.
Supported platforms/models:
GigaVUE-HD8
GigaVUE-HD4
GigaVUE-HC2
GigaVUE-HB1

  • GigaSMART blade or module and the appropriate license for all chassis must be included. It is included for example in GigaVUE-HB1 devices.

  • The flows from Gigamon devices must include fields required by NTA.
For more information about required fields, see Fields required by NTA. For more information about configuring Gigamon devices, consult your Gigamon documentation.
