Cause

The SolarWinds IP is not configured in the SMTP relay configuration for the SMTP server.

Resolution

Verify with your SMTP Server team that SolarWinds IP is listed in SMTP relay configuration for the SMTP Server (Exchange) and that it is allowed to relay.
