In the following example, the Volume Capacity Forecast resource shows one of the node's volume, E:\, is at 100% capacity while Disk Volume resource is showing volume E:\ is at 85% disk usage.
Volume capacity forecast resource shows volume E:\ is 'At capacity' >100% Now:
Disk Volume resource shows volume E:\ is at 85% disk space used:
Volume Capacity Forecast provides volume usage trend overtime. The 'At Capacity' shows a forecast of time in which the observed resource will be fully used, calculated by the selected method; in days.
The 'At capacity' is showing that Drive E will reach 100% capacity within the day based on the average data usage.
While Data Volume resource shows the actual disk space usage by percent, Volume Capacity Forecast provides information when will the Volume reach its Warning, Critical, At Capacity state based on the average usage for the last 7 days.
