NCM jobs that use SNMP queries fail with the message:

Does not respond to SNMP queries using <NCM Server>

Cause

The jobs are being executed on nodes that have a response time higher than default NCM SNMP response time of 100ms.

Resolution

Adjust the NCM SNMP response time.

In the Orion Web Console, click Settings > All Settings.
Under Product Specific Settings, click NCM Settings.
Under Network, click Protocol Settings.
Under SNMP Settings, increase the SNMP Packet Timeout value.
