Cause
This is due to permission/access to the file and folder level.
The other issue is due to using Multi-factor or two-factor authentication (MFA/2FA/PIV/CAC).

Resolution
By check (Folder level permissions ) and File-level permissions on the actual folder.
Check if it's set to Everyone (Read / Write ) / Check files are not in use.
Also, check (Task Manager / User > if other users are accessing the files
In some cases, a reboot also fixed this if there is any pending will also clear such checkmarks.
An UnauthorizedAccessException means user does not have required permissions or the file is read-only or in use.
Please double check that the user has read-write access to the firmware repository folder. Check if the image file doesn’t have the read-only flag. In case if it is, please remove this flag. Also, check if the file is been used by another process or set to read-only.

- Make sure AV not accessing the folder
- Make sure in a multi-polling engine environment that all servers are in the same domain.
- When using a domain account for the network share directory, it will be a Username/Password pass-through and does not currently support using MFA/2FA/PIV/CAC/RSA-token.
