NCM Node Group feature

The NCM Node Group is a custom text field you can use for node grouping within NCM. This is considered to be a legacy feature of NCM and in time, it will be phased out and will be replaced by the Orion Custom Properties. Note that this is not related to Orion groups.

Overview

NCM does not support Orion Node Groups for use in node selections.

You can add a NCM node to an NCM Node Group by editing the Node and scrolling down to: NCM Properties > Node Details > Node Group. This NCM Node group can then be utilized in NCM Specific functions but not other core features
