Multiple IP Addresses for One Node
This article explain why its not possible to have combine multiple IP addresses for one node. If you wish to monitor each of those IP addresses, the node will require multiple entries in NPM.

Overview
Gateway devices have internal and external IP addresses, many network devices have a general IP address and a management address, and servers with multiple NICs each have an IP address for each NIC. A monitored node might be listed in the environment once for each IP address.

NPM cannot combine multiple IP addresses for one node. If you wish to monitor each of those IP addresses, the node will require multiple entries in NPM.
If you only want to monitor the node using one IP address, you will have to add the other IP addresses to the discovery ignore list so they are not added by scheduled discovery jobs.
