Resolution

Copy the Kiwi CatTools folder on your old machine to the same relative path on the new machine.
Run the Kiwi CatTools setup program and install to the same location on the new machine.
Run Kiwi CatTools on the new machine.
Enter the license registration details.

Note: When the new machine is operational, uninstall CatTools from the old machine.
