Disk IOPS are only currently available when the node is monitored via WMI polling.

Add the node using the WMI polling method in the Orion Web Console.
(Home Summary tab > All Nodes Resources > Click Manage node box > Click Add node)
To see the Disk IOPS resource, just add it within Node Details Page.
(Open Orion web console > Drill Down to Node details page)
Click Customize page > type IOPS in search box > Select the desired IOPS resource you need (Ex. Top 10 Total IOPS). See screenshot below for an example:
