Missing modules on Additional Web Server

After you install an Additional Web Server (AWS), the AWS is missing some modules. The list of products on the AWS menu and in the footer does not include all of the Orion modules that are listed on the Main Polling Engine.

Incomplete module installation

Resolution

Uninstall the missing modules using the Windows Control Panel.
Re-run the Configuration Wizard to make sure that all components are removed.
Run the installer on the Additional Web Server. This should show that the missing modules are installed.
Run Configuration Wizard.
Missing modules should now be listed under module listing.
