Use this as a guide when migrating the Kiwi Syslog Server or when restoring KSS.

Resolution

Open the Kiwi Server Manager and click File > Export Settings to INI to back up the configuration.
Under Setup, locate all Log to file - action and take note of the path and file name to manually copy Syslog message log files.
Deactivate the license from the old server using the License Manager Tool first before transferring the license to the new server. The default location for that tool is C:\Program Files (x86)\Syslogd\LicenseManager.exe
After installing Kiwi Syslog Server on the new server, apply the license
Open the Kiwi Server Manager and click File > Import Settings to INI to restore the configuration.

Note: The Activation Key will be different once the license is deactivated.
