Overview

After upgrading to ARM 2025.4 / 2025.4.2, Microsoft 365 Logga (SharePoint and OneDrive) can be set to ON, but within about a minute, it automatically switches back to OFF, even though Microsoft 365 and audit prerequisites are correctly configured.

Cause

A known issue in ARM 2025.4 / 2025.4.2 prevents the Microsoft 365 Logga (SharePoint and OneDrive) components from initializing correctly, causing ARM to automatically turn off these Logga jobs.

Resolution

This issue is addressed in Access Rights Manager 2026.2. Consider upgrading your environment.
