On AlertHistory table, you can find the alert information below according to the values on the EventType:

AlertHistory.EventType values:

Triggered = 0,
Reset = 1,
Acknowledged = 2,
Note = 3,
AddedToIncident = 4,
ActionFailed = 5,
ActionSucceeded = 6,
Unacknowledged = 7,
Cleared = 8
ActionDisabled = 9
